By me being a cleaner myself, I would have liked that the mirrors and the windows to have been a little cleaner. My tv was not working and they immediately tried to fix it and when it could not be resolved they moved me to another room. The hospitality of the front desk person was extremely pleasant. the room was disappointing i didn’t have a shower curtain covers on the bed were DIRTY the room had a pungent smell and the guests were louder than should have been allowed after complaining multiple time the breakfast was terrible and the service people in the back area (breakfast) were rudely staring and hovering

Pros (+) My Son & I enjoyed breakfast. There were so many choices and the dining area was lovely.
Cons (-) Couldn't believe wifi was $9.99 a night!! The beds were terribly uncomfortable, the bed linens were stained, and the a/c didn't work well at all.

Cons (-) No towels. I don't just mean no towels in the room, none available in the entire hotel. Called the front desk asking for one and they said they were out, none they could give us. A/C in the room was insanely loud. Could not sleep with that thing running. And no in room complimentary internet?
