Pros: Loved the wonderful family who own and run the Toile Blanche. Huge, comfy bed. Wonderfully quiet location and delicious breakfast. Sadly we weren’t able to try the dinner menu but I should imagine the food is excellent

Pros: Great location. Friendly hosts. Great breakfast.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was wonderful, delicious, well served and just enough for my husband and me because we do not like to eat much in the morning. But in my point of view, it was overpriced (my opinion is based on our travelling experience to other countries, Europe included).
Cons: The glass curtain in the bathroom seems to be a commom international problem. You have to use the shower very carefully, otherwise too much water on the floor :)
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean and well kept. The team were very friendly and helpful too.
Cons: Restaurant wasn’t open for lunch or dinner meals during our stay but it is over the summer months.

Pros: Everything about Le Hameau is intended to enchant. the exquisite natural landscape enhanced by all of the flowers, the decor, the personalized attention to cuisine, the teeny rooms filled with antiques...

Pros: Great breakfast, shuttle service, very friendly and accommodating staff, assistance with dinner reservations, drinks and snacks at the pool, pool towels, abundance of sun beds, newspapers and magazines
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was extremely comfortable and agreeable. The style of the property was pleasing, the room we had was comfortable and clean and well appointed. The staff were terrific, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. All the staff we dealt with could speak English, even if we tried our French on them, but they did not make our efforts feel inadequate! The outside areas, including the outdoor lounges, the pool surrounds and grassy areas were extensive and were never busy - there was always space to relax. The pool is a good size, that allowed for serious swimming, if that is your thing. All in all, a terrific place to stay. Far enough out of town to provide a feeling of space, but close enough to St Paul-de-Vence and other towns to be convenient.
Cons: Nothing!

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, small boutique and fantastic staff throughout our stay... pool, room, jacuzzi!
Cons: Road outside could be busy and noisy at times. Breakfast was ok, if you paid for the ‘full-breakfast’ you will survive till dinner. The ‘light-breakfast’ was not really worth the €12.00 per person, for a few pastries, juice, coffee. Otherwise to eat this in the dining area was delightful!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly helpful staff. Given lift in 2CV to local restaurant.
Cons: Shower. Too complicated and unnecessary squirts things like a stand up jacuzzi. Couldn’t regulate hot water easily had to call membervif staff to turn diwn as water scalding hit. He ended up struggling as well and getting very hot n sweaty in the steam. A

Pros: Location was perfect as central for everything. Beds were very comfortable and room was very quiet considering hotel was next to road with trams passing all day. Didn't have breakfast in hotel so cannot comment. Staff were very friendly and welcoming to hotel and throughout our stay of four days in hotel. You are spoilt for choice of the many restaurants and patisseries nearby.

2,5 Mediocre
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: This is my first review as I travel often. I work for ABC News and this was a very horrible experience!!! The first issue was the room was not ready at check in. We had to wait 2hrs for the room to be cleaned. The tv didn’t work, and the front desk wanted us to contact the tv company to fix the issue. That was the start of many issues. Second, the elevator did not work and the staff didn’t care. The hotel staff was so rude we requested an early checkout. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!!! DO NOT STAY at this property. I requested a refund for the second stay they wouldn’t let us speak to a manager. The communication was beyond horrible!! It was so bad we took a loss and had no choice but to check out early. The room was dirty and the sheets had stains all over the bedding. Again, DO NOT STAY at this hotel.

Pros: Closeness to Rail and Centre of City
Cons:
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I have visited 27 countries, I saw a lot of different hotels. But this hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever seen! I was afraid to take a shower, because it was ssooo dirty! it is not 30star hotel. I will not even give 1 star to it! The lamp in the toilet was blinking like at the discoteque and the staff did nothing to help us. Staff was not aatentive, not smily, they just didn't care about anything. The door of the toilet didn't close. Wallpapers were 3 cm from the walls. It is a peppergrass for 100 euro per night!!!
2,8 Mediocre
Pros: only location
Cons: my air conditioner is not work, but i got only 10 euro back . It too expensive for the room without air conditioner
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Please write at least 15 words
Cons: Dirty tired.uncomfortable beds. Miles from the beach.Inedible breakfast disgusting outlook.
4,8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: It was located in an area that I would not consider safe; it would be better further south but were not made aware. Because of safety, a car park would have helped for coming back late.

Pros: liked the hotel and the room
Cons: Did not like the fact that there is no transportation to the hotel. All taxi/Uber cars drop you off outside the walls of the village and then you need to drag heavy suitcases on cobbled streets for 20 min. A 5-star hotel should provide some solution to this problem.

Pros: Everything! The hotel is stunning, it is in a beautiful location with lovely views of the hills, within easy walking distance of St Paul de Vence, it has a beautiful pool and the rooms are wonderful - lovely, simple but chic decoration and everything is extremely clean, plus the bed is very comfortable. It looked lovely in the photos, which is why we booked it but it more than exceeded our expectations when we arrived - it is much more beautiful in reality. The staff could not have been nicer and the whole stay was so comfortable and relaxing. Pros: The staff were great really friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect right near the old town. The building was so pretty, lovely court yard to have breakfast which was delicious.
Cons: Our room on the court yard was quite dark and not a great view. The size was good however and meant we could sneak in late without disturbing anyone.

Pros: The owners were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. When our flight to Nice was severely delayed the owners had to let us into the hotel well after midnight. Breakfast was delicious and always quickly served. Further pots of tea were readily available on request! Our daughter joined us for the final few days of our holiday. She had an excellent single room. We would thoroughly recommend Le Ponteil and will re book if we are staying in that area again.

Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and express check-out. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: An extraordinary location in Nice. The suite was extraordinary with an amazing view
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The Negresco is one of the greatest hotels in the world. Completely unique with its quirky collection of art and antiques and its combination of old and new art.Rooms are all individual and charming. Breakfast is excellent, although I wish they had not destroyed the old Carousel in their renovations,
Cons: The people who were attending functions blocking the main door smoking. As most of them were women who were some what "glammed up", they frankly looked like cheap tarts. The management needs to find a solution to this.
6,0 Good
Pros: Historic building, beautiful lobby
Cons: Rooms definitely need refurbishment
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous hotel Unbelievable Customer Service Unique atmosphere There is no hotel in the World to bear Negresco
Cons: Absolutely nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location & property.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very very beautiful like an art museum The standard of food was very high The bar was wonderful with superb ambience and cocktails
Cons: The staffing seemed low as evening meals in the bistro/restaurant seemed consistently understaffed on multiple occasions. The staff were very nice but too thinly stretched
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Great location, view, staff
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, the decoration, everything’s Perfect
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The Negresco is a lovely opulent hotel with fabulous art and sculptures dotted about. We were given a refurbished room with a lovely view of the sea which was beautifully decorated. The bathroom was good although there was a shower in the bath which was quite high and not that easy to get into. The housekeeping staff did a great job as the room was kept spotless with turndown at night. Breakfast was of a very high standard with a lot of choice and we ate outside which was lovely.
Cons: I felt some of the staff weren't as friendly as others eg the concierge
6,0 Good
Pros: The ambiance was nice- classic old style .The rooms were big and the view spectacular. Unfortunately the bath tub drain cover was not working so it required a nail file to remove the cover to drain the tub. This was repeated every day of our stay without the staff fixing it! The room was not cleaned on returning in the afternoon and we were told by reception that we had to call for cleaning !The wall tiles had black mould which Is really unacceptable in a hotel of this class.also, our room had chipped paint around doors and peeling wallpaper trim. All in all,This hotel needs revamping. On the plus side, the location is the best in Nice.
Cons: The staff were very poor in responding to complaints - no apologies ever.My room smelled of mould ,to discover next day that there was a furnace type room opening into my closet, which did not have a door.On complaining ,I was given an excuse instead of an apology. Also, after staying 3 days,I was stopped by a security doorman on entering the lobby ,to question me if I was staying at the hotel. Very very upsetting and again ,after telling him yes ,no apology. Good staff should know the guests and be carful before causing an embarrassing moment. The service at breakfast was very poor and the buffet layout difficult to manage due to the tightness of the restaurant.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was fabulous. We could sit and drink our coffee while looking out at the Mediterranean Sea each morning. Being located across from the Promenade Anglais meant we could literally exit our hotel door and begin our day walking along this magnificent waterfront. Great restaurants and cafes in the area. Very luxurious and elegant setting. Iconic French Riviera experience!
Cons: Everything was great!
5,0 Okay
Pros: Too old and really expensive place to stay
Cons: The food was terrible and ridiculously expensive.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The owners were extremely helpful and friendly, greeting us with smiles always! The double room was very spacious, immaculately clean with excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was again extremely clean with fresh towels and linen provided daily. We were able to make use of the Chantilly's parasols and beach mats for free which made our time on the beach much more comfortable. On our last day we took the breakfast and it was fantastic! Home made cakes, fresh bread, croissants, fresh fruit, cheese, meats....the list goes on! We would not hesitate to return to the Chantilly on our next visit to Cagnes Sur Mer.
Cons: Nothing, everything was fabulous!

7,9 Good
Pros: Relatively close to the seashore and to the Nice Airport, an alternative place to Nice where it’s too expensive in high season. The owner staffs are very nice. She recommended us aux Planches restaurant. We had two great dinners there.
Cons: The bathroom dose not have a ventilation system!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast comfort bed!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Frederique and Gerard were great hosts. They were so welcoming. Try to remember when an owner helped you with your bags to your room or showed you around the breakfast buffet. The location id superb. Close to train station and beach. Dozens of good restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: The bed was a bit hard for me bit my wife was just fine.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the beach, city centre and train station. Lovely terrace to have breakfast. Wonderful hosts, thoughtful and considerate. Comfortable, clean and good size room.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: This is a charming hotel beside the Hippodrome, where there are sulky races on hot summer nights. It's a short walk to a nice, although rather pebbly beach, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hosts are welcoming and polite, and the breakfast - outside in a secluded front garden area - is simple but pleasant.
Cons: The breakfast buffet area is rather small and if there are other guests staying, it gets a bit crowded. At one point in our stay there was a strong odour from the toilets.

Pros: Great location in the middle of everything, where all the magic happens. 2 minutes from the beach.
Cons: Overpriced for what it is. The rooms look much better in the pictures.
7,9 Good
Pros: location was excellent
Cons: Bathroom had no shower, only a bathtub with a hose.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spectacular, with a carousel horse in the corner and a beautifully decorated decor. It was easy walking distance to the beach and various restaurants and bars. It was a very welcoming environment with lots of small touches such as marshmallows and biscuits for guests in jars around the hotel. The room was spotless with plenty of space. Best hotel I've stayed in.
Cons: Nothing
7,9 Good
Pros: When we got upgraded to a quieter room. Friendly and helpful staff. Very central location, rooms are right above restaurants so if you like being right in the middle of all the action then it’s good. Restaurants serve good food. Also a very short walk to the beach.
Cons: Can hear all of the street noise, including the 7am rubbish truck and the occasional drunks. There was a drunk, loud argument right below our room one night. Restaurants do shut before 11.30ish. Also make sure to ask for a room with a walk in shower, as some rooms only have a bathtub with a hanging shower and no curtains so the entire bathroom gets flooded after shower.
7,9 Good
Cons: Too noisy street for my taste

9,2 Excellent
Pros: This is a lovely ld building in the centre of the medieval village a lovely location. The rooms are clean and well designed. The AC works well. We have eaten at the restaurant several times and the included breakfast was severed outside too. The night we stayed there was a Jazz concert in the square.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Cute little hotel with only 4 rooms on a very characterful square. Very kind staff and effortless check in/out.
Cons: Nothing personally however for anyone driving, they may find it tricky to reach due to the narrow roads and limited parking.
6,7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was nice, though expensive. I could not get the internet connection to work in my room and the TV did not have English-speaking channels. I thought it was strange that the restaurant closed before 4pm. Luckily there was a restaurant opened acrosss the courtyard. Very nice facility, lovely staff, lots of charm. Very authentic French village experience.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location was amazing, my little room was absolutely delightful and the staff could not have been nicer.
Cons: The flip side of the location was that parking really was a problem. Car park in the hillside worked fine once one got the idea, but it wasn’t cheap.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was outstanding. Your website did not inform the property of a date change we made. They happily put us in a nearby hotel for one night very graciously.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Great views
Cons: A bit difficult to get to
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They accepted to serve us breakfast past the time limit, without any issue. They were also very attentive to our needs. Definitely felt like being at home or with family!
Cons: Breakfast could be included in the price of the room.

Pros: LOVE everything about this hotel. Close and accessible to restaurants and shops. The staff were all courteous, friendly and went the extra mile to give us the highest possible level of service esp Brice at the concierge who booked our restaurant and tour reservations and he was always pleasant and has a ready warm smile every single time. We felt like we were VIPs. The hotel amenities were superb. Love the bar and the in house restaurant as well. Will definitely go back and stay at this Hyatt the next time I am back in Nice. Highly recommended!
Cons: Nothing to mention.

Pros: This hotel added to a wonderful stay in Nice.Location could not be better. Hotel employee (concierge) was a great help! Entire staff was exceptional.
Cons: nothing
4,6 Okay
Pros: The location was the only thing the hotel had going for it - the rest was clearly not Hyatt standard and extremely disappointing.
Cons: We experienced the worst hotel experience that my wife and I have ever had - From the 5 hour wait to get to our room (admit arrived on early flight at 10.30 and not given keys until 330 (realise check in was at 3 but surely some priority could have been exercised especially when we explained the suituation but no and I mean none what so ever empathy was shown and we had to even in the end come to reception for the 3rd time as a promised phone call when the room was ready was not even forth coming . The room we booked was a king room and from the moment we checked in at 1030 I knew there was going to be a problem as the receptionist said we only had a room with single beds at first and when I pointed out it was a king she went quiet and said they would work it out - well they did not and have a the room with the explanation that that is what a king bed is !! Please !!
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Whilst the food in the hotel was good the menu was a bit limiting
5,4 Okay
Pros: The only department who meet my expectations was a reception ! Girl (don’t remember her name )help as to check in even though we did miss ours passports) Thank you for that
Cons: As a 5star property I was disappointed with everything ! The staff wasn’t attentive enough, room was dark and was not nice for 5 star in Nice , no a little sun go to our room , we did not want to be there . Breakfast wasn’t as a 5star, there wasn’t even gluten free bread on the buffet, we have waited around 15min till I call somebody to serve us a coffee , nobody could even see us seating down to the table , 2 days before we arrive to nice we stayed in Cannes for 2 days in 4stare hotel and was much better with everything, we did even have a coffee machine in our room , breakfast staff very attentive all was much better .

Pros: We were here just for a week. Hotel is located centrally right across from the beach. Rooms are very specious with luxuries beds. Dinner experience at the restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Just one small issue - we did not get city center view as the website promised. Balconies were facing each other with no privacy.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The front desk and concierge staff were very nice. They were able to change my room when i disliked my partial ocean view room.
Cons: Service was inconsistent compared to my friends that were also staying at the same hotel. I was staying 4 nights and only got turn down service once.

Pros: LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION. Very CONFORTABLE BED.
Cons: The WIFI basically dies at night, almost can do nothing that needs the internet (especially checking new plane tickets and hotels for new travel). This was really a surprise.

Pros: Lovely position, staff excellent,
Cons: air con not working , rooms were not cleaned util later in the day.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Myself, husband and 2 adult sons stayed at Hotel Suisse for 5 nights. On arrival, the staff were extremely welcoming, polite and helpful. Also, as unfortunately our French is not that great, all the staff spoke excellent English. We made our way up to the second floor where we had 2 double rooms next to each other, each with a small balcony. The rooms were very similar in size and layout and were extremely clean , stylishly decorated and well equipped. We had tea/coffee making facilities which were replenished daily. There was plenty of information leaflets in the room about the area. The bed was large and comfortable and all the bedding and towels were changed on a daily basis. The en-suite was a very good size with a bath and shower over. There was a hairdryer and shampoo/conditioner and shower gel also in the bathroom. Again, the bathroom was spotlessly clean and well lit with plenty of space for your own toiletries etc. in the bedroom there were doors which opened onto the balcony. The view was incredible, overlooking the whole of the Nice beach and promenade. The road below was fairly busy but the doors to the balcony cut out all the traffic noise to allow for a peaceful and climate controlled night with the efficient air conditioning. There was a small table and two chairs on the balcony so, if you desired, you could eat breakfast outside. The self-service breakfast is served between 7am and 11am and was of a very high standard. There was almost anything you could want to choose from, which was continually being refreshed, from cereal, croissants and pastries, fresh fruit, all juices, bacon, eggs, pancakes yoghurt with a choice of a pot of tea, coffee or hot chocolate brought to your table. The dining room was extremely clean and with a lovely decor and overlooked the front of the hotel. The hotel had a choice of stairs or a lift, although the lift was pretty small. The hotel’s location was perfect!
Cons: The only thing maybe missing from the hotel was a relaxing lounge area in which you could sit and have a coffee in during the day, after a day out or even after dinner out.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: fantastic view!helpful staff!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Really good buffet breakfast with Fresh squeezed OJ. But no snacks available in the hotel for the rest of the day except the minibar. Even a snack and drink machine would help as it is a ten to 15 minute walk to the commercial areas.
Cons: Just know the hotel is on a Main Street so ask for a rear facing room (if they have such a thing) if that bothers you. But then you miss the great views of the med. and people watching.
6,7 Good
Pros: Location is perfect, beautiful view and you are directly at the beach or in the historic center. Breakfast ist absolutely ok and staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the room. We booked a Superior Double with Sea View for quite some money. Our room was on the first floor, very small and just with basic interior. The door to the bathroom could not even be closed. To us it seemed more like the cheapest category and had nothing to do with Superior and the images on the website - despite the price. Disappointed because it was planned as surprise for my partner.

Pros: Everything was amazing .we were so happy with everything exceeded our expectations
Cons: The view was out of this world from our. Room

Pros: a little gem of a hotel staff so friendly. access to airport and to sea. Loved every minute of our visit. Nothing was a problem and it is a small family run business that has the personal touch.
Cons: nothing to complain about
6,3 Good
Pros: Good position and close to a great selection of restaurants. Fair sized room and good breakfast.
Cons: One of the TVs in our room didn't work. The sound proofing of the room we were in was poor (sounded like a heard of elephants in the room above). The floor was dirty in the main room. We had to wash it due to having a crawling baby! Not nice.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the room, v clean and tidy, good Aircon. Lovely boutique hotel, friendly staff and lovely breakfast, freshly squeezed orange juice especially beautiful
Cons: Only complaint I would say is that in the hallway to the rooms if they had a motion activated light as it was sometimes turned off and even during day was v dark to try and find key to room or the light for the hallway, a v minor point
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent room, exceptionally clean, huge bathroom excellent place, excellent location -> from the hotel-> just need to cross the road -> and you are already swimming
5,8 Okay
Pros: decent for the price- but you had to make your eggs yourself-No help to do it. The reception people were courteous except for one person .
Cons: No lift/Elevator -my room was on the 2nd floor , we had to take our luggage up. Very small bathrooms, the shower had a tiny curtain and the water would come out and make the bathroom wet. No coffee/Tea making pot or mugs and cups were available I had to request for 2 cups in my room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location (right in front of the beach), Staff very friendly, view of the ocean from my balcony.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Vanilla Hotel we had a lovely stay here we were greeted on arrival at 10 30 pm as our flight was delayed by a very nice man who organised pizzas from a nearby Pizza shop the room was so nice and the breakfast was excellent the only problem was booking .com said I was moved up to Genius Level 2 and it said we would get free breakfast and 10 to 15 percent off our bill which when I when to pay in the morning they said they were not in the Genius scheme it needs to be made a lot clearer otherwise we had a lovely stay in the Vanilla Hotel

Pros: Amazing design , beautiful ambiance, cozy and chic

Pros: The breakfast was excellent, all options were available.
Cons: The shower head location at the center of the tub would be better at the end of the tub.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located in a residential area, surrounded by lovely villas. I had a room with a terrace and the views were magnificent. The staff were so nice and I stayed in most evenings and enjoyed their small pool and food and wine. You feel like you are a guest in someone’s home. I love to walk, so the location worked for me as it’s 15-20 minutes to old Nice or center of town. Chagall Museum a short walk, Matisse Museum a bit longer and up hill.
Cons: Loved everything, my views from my terrace fantastic! I love walking so it was good for me, but maybe some people wouldn’t like it.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent. Very professional, helpful and friendly. We really liked the style of the hotel. Nicely laid out and quiet spaces to sit and relax. Also, brilliant housekeeping standards.
Cons: The room was excellent. Bathroom was a bit small, but laid out very nicely. The staff were very responsive and helpful about a small issue we experienced with the shower. Hard to find anything wrong...as the hotel and staff were outstanding.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: How elegant and quaint it was
Cons: It doesn’t do an evening meal
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Solid breakfast, location on the hill above town had great views. A 20 minute walk to the beach was fine with the kids. The staff were excellent in every respect. Not just dog friendly, dog enthusiastic! A super experience.
Cons: Really nothing to complain about. It was not cheap but that is to be expected in the area. The car park was an additional cost but again, to be expected. Hard to fault
5,4 Okay
Pros: Nice view from small balcony. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. Food on room service was tasty. Plenty of body wash supplied.
Cons: Found long dark hairs on bathroom floor !!! Room was small for the price. Towels and flannels looked a bit tired. Bottle of small water €5 was too expensive in mini bar.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: This boutique hotel has been carefully curated in all of the common areas and the attention to detail and the art deco Asian styling is glorious. It is very well maintained even though it is not new. The pool and garden areas are a welcome oasis and always seem to catch a breeze which make them a little more bearable than in town itself. Many of the rooms have balconies which I would suggest you try and get if possible. Staff were very helpful and quite charming. The level of service was five star and I have to say the food was excellent.
Cons: Nothing I didn't like about this little hotel, bearing in mind it is older the slight wear and tear on the stairs to the lobby and an ageing bath tub were not something to stress me out. The walk to and from town is not for the faint hearted and although I did it every day and kept up my step count if you are not a regular walker you may find the hills a challenge. It was regularly over 30 degrees when I was there so there are days you may just want to call a taxi!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location is good - quiet but walking distance to the town. Facilities are good - good size rooms, including a terrace in our case, and excellent staff. Free parking around the property.
Cons: No dinner facilities in the hotel or close by but the bar food (cold plates) was good and the city is not so far away. Bit of a slog to walk back up the hill so we just used Uber on the way back !

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Charming historic property with lovely views and wonderful staff.
Cons: A bit tough to reach due to narrow roads but worth the effort. A bit further from Nice than anticipated.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful old chateau very well converted into this rabbit warren of a hotel.
Cons: I wouldn’t say we disliked anything. Only don’t try to get your car there, it’s down a tiny, tiny road. The hotel have a car that can collect you and your luggage from the nearby security car park. The security car park doesn’t take big or expensive cars by the way.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel in an amazing old village, with winding cobblestone streets. The hotel is a tastefully converted old castle on a cliff, which makes for a very unique experience. The restaurant had the most delightful view overlooking the sea. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were all very helpful.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely situation in a Medieval village of note, great sea views and really super attentive staff who couldn't do enough for us. Easy to walk up into the village, or down into the newer town. Very easy from the airport. Excellent attentive staff.
Cons: The location doesn't provide a relaxed outside seating area. There isn't much they can do about it, it is in a tight village setting. You have to be able to walk including stairs but if you can't do this you shouldn't be staying in a Medieval hill top village.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Although the location was a little remote and access was slightly difficult, it was a peaceful and lovely option to staying in Nice which was about 25 minutes by car. We have been there twice and would stay there again. Beautiful place.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent dining, amazing local history and clean.
Cons: No hotel parking but superb free taxi service to lower valley car parks by staff
9,4 Excellent
Pros: The staff had a great sense of service; young, dynamic, enthusiastic and serviceable
6,3 Good
Pros: The building is lovely and the terrace is nice.
Cons: Our room, which we chose based on the various deluxe room photos online, doesn’t appear online. It was a strange room with an internal staircase leading downstairs (within the room) to a cave-like room with low ceilings and tiny/short opaque windows. The room size is fine, but not at all like the other deluxe rooms shown online. My husband hit his head on the ceiling multiple times and I was challenged with my claustrophobia, with the ceiling probably 5’10”. Sink and shower didn’t drain well. We queried the reception about whether this was what we had reserved and it had a plaquard saying it was a deluxe room, so because we arrived late and tired, we didn’t argue.
6,3 Good
Pros: staff
Cons: Badroom, furniture old and decoration is simple
5,4 Okay
Pros: staff
Cons: Room is small, furniture is old
9,6 Excellent
Pros: All the rooms are named after painters. there is a gallery above the main reception, a bar and some interesting windows out the front of the hotel which we found after breakfast. Our room (Besset) was at the back of the hotel and full of antique furniture up on the third floor/roof of the hotel. The shower room was compact but well designed with a choice of toiletries. There is a lift and excellent air conditioning. The hotel is found in narrow pedestrian streets and the hotel is decorated beautifully- magnificent ambience. The staff are relaxed and come to fetch your cases from the car (which may be parked quite far away.) You can take a relaxed breakfast on the outdoor terrace.
Cons: Be very careful to find the car park instead of trying to drive to the hotel. It is impossible (and may be nerve wracking!) unless your car is tiny! The streets get narrower and narrower. We liked everything but the breakfast was quite expensive at 25 euros. Nice though. Worth it for the terrace experience.

Pros: Villa Victoria is a "breath of fresh air" located conveniently in Nice. The management made us feel welcome in this French "Chateau" style accommodation. They went to some trouble to make us comfortable & were all pleasant to deal with.
Cons: Nil
10,0 Excellent
Pros: As return customers we knew how lovely the hotel is and its great location, the rooms are lovely the staff friendly and helpful and buffet breakfast really good - I am pleased to say nothing has changed since last year it remains a firm favourite of ours and we will return again next year. Many thanks again to the staff and very kind of them to acknowledge that this year we were celebrating our anniversary. Kind regards to all Yvonne & Phil
Cons: Nothing is was all brilliant
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good but nothing exceeding any expectations. Bar service was good including price was money!
Cons: Nothing comes directly into my mind!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Location was good for both tourist areas and station.
Cons: We were given a ground floor room which while bigger presented noise issues from meals and reception areas and also concerns re privacy and security. An upstairs room would have been preferable
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was lovely and cool, free coffee in reception throughout the afternoon was a welcome touch.
Cons: Thought that maybe the breakfast was a little overpriced at €17 compared to other hotels I have stayed in. The walls seemed rather thin and I could hear quite loudly the guest in the next room, but neither of these would stop me staying at this hotel again.

Pros: The hotel is located in a quite area near the beach of Juan Les Pins and the nice Pine Park. The staff is very friendly. The hotel itself is comfortable as well as very elegant in its authentic art deco style. Special highlight was the antique elevator and the very nice garden terrace. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back for sure!
Cons: We were highly satisfied. Our stay couldn't have been any better.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Love this beautiful quaint hotel. The restaurant is amazing as well.
3,1 Mediocre
Pros: Some of the staff are very lovely and i grew tired moaning at them.. Eden rock we’re we stayed the previous week could learn from them... in fact they should poach all their staff particularly nathalie who is most excellent
Cons: It is difficult to understand how they have had so many high ratings as feed back I can only conceive they have faked their reviews. This is not a 5 Star hotel which might be where our issues lie. Rightly or wrongly I expect certain things when I travel Clean rooms , gym , working internet, comfortable pool and furniture, more than 2-3 hour time windows in which to order food, a lift that will fit a pram, comfortable lounge areas... I also object to spending €50 on Sun beds everyday... however I have more Il feeling towards hotel.com who sold it as a five star hotel and then showed no interest in helping me change booking .., We knew the area that we were supposed to be in and felt comfortable booking the hotel as it claimed to be a 5 Star. Then they just ignored my complaints , I also paid for a direct sea view which you get on the 4th and 5th floors but on the 3rd only a view of trees hotel .com again unhelpful..

Pros: Breakfast was great, lovely hotel, staff super helpful, just a very relaxing place
Cons: nothing, will be coming back
7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast 27 euro for a mediocre scrambled eggs rubbish bacon and pale sausages. Not for me but plenty of fruit croissants etc. The charcuterie was excellent at lunchtime with the mozzarella / pesto tomatoes vg also.
Cons: A shower screen or curtain would have prevented the bathroom becoming a wet room, with the best will in the world you couldn't stop the water from splashing out.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic staff hotel and setting
Cons: Nothing will.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Actually the croissants were wonderful, according to my husband so much better than English ones! Comfort very good and most of the staff excellent
Cons: Couldn’t cope with the ridiculous pricing of breakfast. Beware everyone and only pay for why you eat
7,5 Good
Pros: Location and staff were lovely.
Cons: More attention to detail cleaning would have been appreciated.
