Pros (+) Room and sea view was excellent.
Cons (-) Both the breakfast outside seating and to a lesser extend the roof top restaurant were extremely unhealthy. the breakfast outside area has many dozens of pigeons everywhere, tables, sunbrellas and outer walls were full of pigeons.

Cons (-) The colours of the furniture in my room at 3rd floor was not very pleasant, the floor of the bathroom was with noizy tiles and the air conditioned had no functioned properly
