Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's value for money, strategic location, and cleanliness. However, many reviews highlighted poor customer service, with several guests describing staff as unfriendly or unhelpful. The bathroom facilities, especially the lack of bidets and occasional maintenance issues, were also a common concern. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good budget option, but improvements in service and bathroom amenities are needed.
