Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many praised the staff for being friendly and helpful, especially when resolving issues such as room changes and maintenance requests. Several reviews highlighted the spaciousness of the rooms and convenient location. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with multiple guests mentioning dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and excessive use of air fresheners. Some guests were dissatisfied with the breakfast options and ongoing renovations, which led to noise and dust. Overall, while service and room size were positively noted, improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.
