That I didn't get disturbed when I put the sign on the door?

I didn't like how out dated the tv is and it didn't work right! Or only having one small garbage can

The staff was apologetic and got us into another room

The first room we were provided had two entrances into the room one located within the building and one out exiting that took you directly to the parking lot. The door that took you to the parking lot from the bedroom appeared to have been kicked in or damaged and the cold Montana winter weather was blowing inside the room. The heater did not work either. We informed the staff that had checked us in. She was very apologetic and gave us another room. The second room the card key was malfunctioning and they room anybody could walk in and out of. We decided to stay in the second room since we did not have any of our belongings in that room and we could deadbolt it when we were inside. Also the second room had heat and not a big gap in the door. I would not recommend anyone to stay in that hotel until they higher proper maintenance and fix their dilapidating building

I loved the service. The front desk when we checked in was alone and when we got to our room the tv didn’t work and she immediately moved us to another room.

    Nothing. Great stay!

Good location, good breakfast, except for the hard cold butter you could not spread.

When we got into the room it was so hot we had to open a window to cool the room. Then the water sink faucet was in such bad condition my wife could not get it to work, I could finally use it for her but it wouldn't operate right. Room was the smallest we ever had, this would have been the last time we would use the booking service as it seemed they get the poorest rooms and service just because the rates are somewhat cheaper. Although in using other booking services we always got good deals for the money. If it wasn't for the service and room we got in Jamestown, ND, which made the difference, we would be done as a customer. I also see where one can get points and deals but no one ever offered us any such program.
