Pros (+) The location was walking distance to the village.
Cons (-) Honestly, the place should be shut down. The outside as well as the inside is SO RUNDOWN. We were so tired, so we stayed, as it wouldn’t have been safe to drive home but this “inn” has no business being in operation.

Cons (-) You can hear the traffic outside and when the heater would turn on, because it was cold outside, it sounded like a gun shot . so didn't sleep well because of the noise

Cons (-) The indoor "pool" area was a permanent construction/storage site - machine tools, paint cans, and windows blocked with paper that had been there long enough to start peeling in places. This is supposed to be out of sight, but it is a GIANT eyesore. Pros (+) Price and allowed me to check in early before a storm rolled in.
Cons (-) Driveway was not plowed when there was over 6 inches of snow on the ground. Reception just asked me how I got stuck, I drive a normal size sedan. They did not call their plow company to come until another guest got his minivan stuck in the entrance to the driveway.

Trash bins and trash strewn about at the entrance 8. The hallway Smelled like urine 9. There was no evidence that the management puts any effort into maintaining the property
