Cons (-) The room was not cleaned at all. The shower and bathroom had tons of hair from previous guests.

Pros (+) Easy to find and get to things
Cons (-) It was out dated, which is fine and expected for the price; but it did not feel clean (the carpet feels really dirty, the bathroom smelled, the trash can was dirty, the couch was just scary)

Cons (-) TV not working Slow internet Can hear upstairs neighbors walking around. $200+ per night during winter season. Not worth.

Cons (-) The private dock for boat landing and fishing. I understand that the weather has caused the water to disappear, but it should be noted in the ad that the water has receded and fishing not available at the time.
