Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews overwhelmingly highlight serious cleanliness issues, with many citing dirty rooms, unchanged linens, and unpleasant odors. Service is also a major concern, as guests frequently mention unhelpful or absent staff, malfunctioning check-in kiosks, and difficulty obtaining assistance. Additionally, many reviewers find the rooms to be very small and poorly designed, sometimes even unsafe due to cramped layouts. While a few guests appreciate the location or recent renovations, the negatives far outweigh the positives in these reviews.
