Agnes was amazing! She was so helpful and charming, truly an asset to the company! She went out of her way to help us navigate the city, make reservations for our bus and was genuinely nice! Love her! The hotel is in dire need of renovations. The furniture has a thick layer of paint and looks really tired. The bathroom tiles could use a thorough scrubbing. The TV needs updating. Cons (-) They invited us for breakfast and told us it was "included" and then charged us for it. Breakfast is horrible including eggs made out of some mix and watery and very little to eat. Rooms are VERY small.
