Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, which was convenient for exploring the area and close to public transport. Many reviewers also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several mentioning specific employees who provided outstanding service. However, cleanliness was a major concern for a significant number of guests, with repeated complaints about dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and outdated furnishings. Some guests also felt unsafe due to issues like broken locks and easy access from outside. Despite these drawbacks, the positive experiences with location and service stood out for many visitors.
