Cons (-) That should provide maid service. No maid service during stay. Staff refused to deliver clean towels and toiletries to the room. Refused to deliver toilet paper. Not enough blankets. Lack of maid service was not disclosed when we booked and also was not disclosed when we checked in.

Pros (+) Hotel is well located so that you can walk around the historic Bethlehem area. Even though the hotel was not providing breakfast, the restaurant in front of the hotel had a nice breakfast menu available for pickup.
