Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, with easy access to public transport and parking. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty carpets, unpleasant odors, and unclean bedding. Service is described as mixed, with some friendly staff but also reports of unhelpful or unsympathetic personnel. Bed comfort is a common concern, with several guests finding the mattresses uncomfortable or worn out. Additionally, the lack of breakfast and basic amenities like air conditioning or a fridge is frequently mentioned as a drawback. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in cleanliness, comfort, and amenities are needed.
