Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's breakfast, noting it as a highlight of their stay, with several mentioning a good variety and quality. The location was also positively received, being convenient for transit and exploring the city, though some found it a bit far from the center. Room size was another positive aspect, with guests finding rooms spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness and service received mixed feedback: while some found the hotel clean and staff friendly, others reported issues with cleanliness and unfriendly or unhelpful staff. Noise and outdated decor were occasional concerns, but overall, guests found value in the breakfast, location, and room space.

Pros (+) Situated well for travel on the underground and rooms a good size
Cons (-) we (2 adults plus 1 child) were travelling with friends (2 adults plus 2 children) who had a room with a kitchenette, we had a basic room with tea making facilities. staying for 3 nights. Both rooms had crockery/cutlery for only 2 people. each room had 1 black teabag and a peppermint tea. I asked for a couple of extra teabags and the response was such that it ensured that I would never stay there ...

Pros (+) The wifi is 100% robust, the rooms are comfortable and classy. The staff are pros. The bathroom and room are spacious.
Cons (-) The pipes are noisy, I could hear them all night. The location is dreary (cemetary close by and a datk river) but close to public transit and neukoln is a 10 min walk.

Pros (+) The hotel was clean, the facilities were good quality. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was upbeatband friendly. The wifi worked well. The bathroom was big, clean, and pristine.
Cons (-) The hot water in the shower was very weak, seemed to run out immediately. The area around the hotel didnt have much life to it, literally, there was a large cemetary 100 meters away.
