Great hotel - room was small but perfectly formed, nice bathroom, fantastic breakfast. My only complaint is that the pillow was a bit uncomfortable but that might just be me!

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access local attractions and points of interest. The breakfast was frequently highlighted as excellent, with many guests enjoying the variety and quality offered. However, several reviews mentioned issues with service, such as unhelpful or inattentive staff, and some noted problems with cleanliness, including rooms not being properly cleaned. Noise levels, especially due to lack of air conditioning and street sounds, were also a concern for some guests. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression was positive due to the location and breakfast.AI-generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) Made reservation through third party. Upon arrival the front desk agent told me the reservation was not showing so he made me a new reservation. Not only did he charge me more for the new reservation but I was also charged by the third party. Dispute has received no response yet.
