Polite staff who were friendly, helpful and readily available. This property is set in a quiet residential street, just off the bustling main thoroughfare, very near to the various institutions of the Ramaiah group. Safe and decent locality, with shops, eateries and pizzerias nearby. Coming to the building itself, it is in the model of apartments, that have been converted into rooms. The room I got was clean, and had staff come and clean them during my stay. I could see corridors being cleaned and maintained as well. Fresh towels, toiletries, functioning AC, TV, electric kettle and a small balcony attached. My room came with complementary bottle of water and tea/coffe kit, all of which were replenished on demand. A big plus for me was the Indian breakfast, which was surprisingly good with a mini buffet of dosas, idlis, upma, puris etc, alongside juice, and tea/coffee. Overall, not the feel of a regular hotel, but a more
The WiFi connectivity was inconsistent and the room telephone was non-functional (although they tried to bring in a technician to fix it upon request, right during my stay), though these were not personally a problem for me. For the rate I paid, it was value for money, although I did notice that there were some wide fluctuations of rates online. But ultimately what mattered to me was that the rates I booked under was honored. I was told that there was a change of management recently, and that some issues were the result of things yet to settle down.
The vegetarian breakfast was good, but could do with more choice.
Bathroom could have been better, sheets should have been changed on a daily basis, tv should have been free with more english channels to cater for people from abroad.
On what ground your show as 4 star. This doesn't have basic amenities and facilities. Very poorly maintain. No room phone in some. If have phone not working. No Wi-Fi working, even if they claim. Room are not clean. Hairs of earlier customer are seen in bedsheets. Towels are not clean. No proper room service. Cost varies for same room Everytime I checked in. And many more complaints. Just this area suits my work and forced to stay here.
Nearby area is nice
Asked twice to clean the room. No response
Like beds and bedsheets, no AC in some room, cost various for same room so does facilities in room. Very inconsistent, unreliable, no hot water in some rooms due to solar system. Stayed more than 8 times, due to location preference.
