Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, the spaciousness and comfort of the rooms. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with multiple mentions of cockroaches, dust, dirty linens, and general hygiene issues. Noise disturbances from street traffic and construction are also frequently noted. Service is often described as unresponsive or poor, though a few guests found the staff to be helpful and polite. Overall, while the location is a strong point, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, noise control, and service quality.
