Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events and access to local attractions like the Old Mill District and amphitheater. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. However, several guests were disappointed by the value for price, citing unexpected fees such as parking charges and feeling that some amenities should have been included. Cleanliness and service were generally seen as positives, but issues with parking fees and some minor service lapses were noted.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Location
Cons (-) The restaurant was poorly staffed and the food was terrible. This was my third stay and all three times it was the same way.
Pros (+) It was centrally located to The Old Mill district and downtown. It was clean and tastefully decorated. Modern facility.
Cons (-) The bed was too firm, we woke up sore everyday. Same cookies every day needed variety.
