Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's staff for their friendliness, attentiveness, and helpfulness, making the stay enjoyable for many. However, there are repeated complaints about the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, as well as dissatisfaction with the quality and variety of food, particularly at the buffet and breakfast. Some guests also mention issues with outdated rooms and amenities, and note that the 'all inclusive' offering does not always meet expectations. Despite these drawbacks, the positive service from staff stands out as a highlight for most visitors.
