Pros (+) "The hotel is beautiful, nice, clean, modern rooms. The front desk staff and bar staff are amazing, helpful, friendly and efficient. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, sights, and shopping.

Pros (+) Hotel was in good shape
Cons (-) We were assessed a smoking fee charge. We have two children and have never smoked in our lives. The manager Dylan Griffin had a horrible attitude and did not resolve the issue. She needed to go find "evidence" and after two hours of waiting she found that no report was filed. Really poor poor management. Stay away.
