Pros (+) We previously stayed at a hotel that was pricier. For this hotel, given the overall qualities (cleanliness, location, etc.), this was an excellent choice and exceeded expectations.
Cons (-) It looks run down from the outside, but to me that was irrelevant. For some, how it looks from the outside may be a factor.
