Pros (+) We loved the bed, linens and pillows. The shower head worked well.
Cons (-) I didn't like that there was not an ice maker and drink machine on each floor. Also, the elevator was very slow.

Pros (+) Staff was so friendly especially with my young daughter.
Cons (-) The pool was broken the whole time we were there and we picked it because they had an indoor pool but such is life, things break.
