Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and satisfying breakfast options. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms and carpets, as well as uncomfortable beds and outdated facilities. While some guests enjoyed the amenities and found the hotel met their needs, others experienced problems with room maintenance, noise, and customer service. Overall, the positives centered on location, staff, and breakfast, but there are notable areas for improvement in cleanliness and comfort.

The breakfast was actually pretty good. Thumbs up to staff looking after the breakfast. Everything was stocked and working and clean. It also was tasty. Thanks for that. The hotel is what you would expect. It is in a decent location. Some highway noise but livable.

Pros (+) Attendant were polite
Cons (-) Breakfast area was small and huge line, so plan on at least an hour for breakfast. Room was non smoking but had odor of smoke and cigarette burns all over carpet. Toilet had cracks and looked like it had been glued together.
