Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and easy access to public transport, but report significant issues with cleanliness, noise, and overall comfort. Many mention dirty rooms, shared bathrooms in poor condition, and a lack of amenities such as air conditioning or elevators. Service is described as inconsistent, with some staff being helpful and others unresponsive or rude. Room sizes are often considered small and cramped, and noise from both the street and ongoing renovations is a frequent complaint. While a few guests found the price reasonable and the location ideal, the negative aspects, particularly regarding cleanliness and comfort, dominate the reviews.
