Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring Barcelona. Many found the rooms to be clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, there were repeated complaints about service quality, including unhelpful staff and slow check-in, as well as issues with maintenance such as non-functioning elevators, air conditioning, and occasional power outages. Room and bathroom sizes were noted as adequate but not exceptional. Overall, guests appreciated the cleanliness and prime location, but service and facility reliability could be improved.
