Great location and value for money
Location is excellent as it is situated in the middle of La Rambla
The rooms are very spartan but they are clean, and the bathroom was good. It is conveniently located on the Ramblas. I am not sure you cannot ask much more for the price you are paying...
The pillow was extremely big and hard and I had to sleep on my jacket for all four nights I stayed there...There is no sound insulation and it can get pretty noisy when people return to their rooms late at night. I was on a back room so there was no noise from the busy Ramblas.
Great location, hospitable stuff, clean room, a bit noisy at night. Excellent item for young people, who want to get all sightseeing on foot and use hotel just for a sleep.
Located right in the heart of Barcelona is Hostal Benidorm. The area surrounding this hostel is full of culture, business, and entertainment venues. The street this establishment is located on is lined with big beautiful trees and gorgeous architecture is all around.
This isn’t the typical hostel experience. The rooms in this location are much more like a regular hotel. Guests can book a single, single with view, economy twin, double economy, twin standard, twin with view, triple, or quadruple with view. Some rooms have balconies also. There are in-room amenities unlike other hostels too, like private bathrooms, WiFi, TVs with satellite channels, air conditioning, and safes. Rooms are modern with clean lines and space to move about in.
The street that Hostal Benidorm is on is very well-known in the city because it’s full of restaurants, shops, bars, and other types of businesses. In less than half a mile from the hostel’s front doors, there are more than 500 restaurants. Some that are very near and within easy reach are Manna Gelats, Bodega Biarritz, Brogarol Barcelona, and Viana.
Guests will want to get out and visit some of the area’s attractions. The Gothic Quarter is a cool place to walk around and observe the buildings and other interesting features of the neighborhood. La Rambla is a boulevard that is closed to cars where people walk about and visit shops and other types of businesses. The Boqueria Market is an iconic landmark that is located there which guests will want to visit.
