Amazing little mini moon for us and our small child. The hotel upgraded us to a suite with a balcony. The room was spacious and super luxurious, so much so we ended up getting room service over heading out for dinner. We will come back.
excellent and well trained staff, best location on Gracias, the senior suite was very nice, great views, front desk/concierge was able to get reservations for us, bellmen were super helpful, housekeeping did a fabulous job and room service was prompt and delicious.
the bath tub in the senior suite is a bit challenging to get in/out of, toilet flusher was a bit difficult but finally got a handle on it, we had to leave Sain one day early because of the national decree regarding the virus and a one day credit is still hanging out there......otherwise, this property rocks!
Good location. Reception and bar staff very friendly. Great roof terrace
Took a few attempts to get the bed made up as a double rather than two singles. Bed wasn't very comfortable and you could hear the springs every time you moved. Needs updating!
The hotel is situated in a beautiful building in a good location. Nice service. The room was small but aesthetic and comfortable with a nice balcony that was opened at our request at the reception. Very nice view from both the room and the rooftop bar.
Breakfast is tasty but served in a rather gloomy room in the underground. The room was not cleaned properly, we found someone else's hair on the floor. To the email that we wrote in English, in which we had to ask for a refund of the deposit, the hotel employee answered in Spanish (we are Poles). Of course, it is not a big problem to translate it in Google translator, but it gives the feeling that they do not care too much about the guests.
Boutique feeling and service that tries very hard!
Breakfast room is hollow and lacks warmth
