I have traveled more then 50 countries and this is the first hotel where I had to force hotel employee to pay by credit card. They should inform through booking.com that they do not want to take credit card to save 3% !!!! I have requested for baby crib but did not get . Rooms are not good standard as bad smells came .

Good location. Rooms in old building are generally okay and those in the new building better, Breakfast is okay.

Lack of maintenance. Had booked triple room in old building, but aircon unit was very noisy and asked to move. Only alternative available was in new building for small supplement and this seemed good. However, had to move again from first room as key activated electrical switch kept cutting out. Nearby alternative room seemed fine until we realised that the aircon would not bring the temperature below about 25C - unit probably needed re-gassing. Also there has no handle on the toilet door, which would not shut properly. So a hotel that should have been fine was let down by lack of attention to detail..

Liked the shuttle to and from airport and the proximity to the bike path.

Didn’t think the room was too clean. No elevators and was on the fifth floor. Thought breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Room smelled faintly like cigarettes.
