SOME friendly staff, the size of room.

Paying a deposit for a key, to me it says "we don't trust you to pay if you loose it". Also i asked for an early morning call as i had a flight to catch, , i never got the call and nearly missed my flight,..not even an apology!

I like the staff she was very nice and the guard was nice as well, the room was large, good hot shower water, and air con.

I didn’t like how the room did not fit the posting. The post said: phone ( there is no phone, only a phone cord sticking out of the wall), washing machine (there was no washing machine in the room)kitchen ware, family area, desk, closet and more that was not true. This is one large room with a table and two dining chairs, a refrigerator and microwave. I used one chair as a night table next to the bed, (no lamps so I used my cell phone flashlight as a night light) I used the dining table as a dresser, storage for my food, and a computer work station. There was no sink,(only in the bathroom )no burners to cook, no kitchen ware, there were forks and spoons, cups and bowls sitting in a draining rack on the table( but no sink for the dish draining rack.) There is no closet, but there is a bar on the wall where you can hang your clothes., there is no family area, you can’t even have a family in this room, there would be no separate place to gather. There is a pungent smell in the room, so I had to burn incense most of the day, the smell was not so bad in the evenings. Noise in the hall every morning and sometimes evenings. Lots of outside noise at night, I can’t identify the animal, but there was this extremely loud wood pecking noise outside my patio window, pecking every night, louder than the construction workers, and very disturbing. The outside property is full of foliage, very large but beautiful plants, like a small forest. This woodpecker frequent this place every night. The posting should have said that the washer, iron, ironing board, phone, and all the other things were available, but not listed as being in the room. There is a stationary bike outside, behind the building in the parking area, nice bike, but located in a poor area of the property, due to cars comping in and leaving out, and you take in the fumes as you’re riding the bike; I did it only once. I rented this place for longer than I stayed.
