Pros (+) The room was spacious and breakfast in the morning was convenient. Super helpful tuktuk service to navigate the alleyways in which the hotel is hidden.
Cons (-) The staff claims to have English ability, but it is severely limited. We pre-requested a room with two beds but got assigned a room with only one. The glass shower door was missing, so we had to shower with water spraying all over the bathroom. The safe didn't work and was missing instructions. Some staff members were unkind.
