Rooms are ok but little bit old electronic devices switch, tv, microwave, lamp, especially air conditions noisy. Staffs are welcome.good location.

I do not Know whether to appreciate the hotel or be angry, My passport and money got stuck in the locker/safe and it wont open , and my flight was just 2 hours ahead , the hotel staff trying to open the safe until last moment , I prayed heavily to god that the safe should open on time other wise I had to rebook my entire journey and incur huge loss and delay in work , luckily ,or thank to the safe opener or thanks to the hotel staff, I reached my home town on time , again it was there faulty safe which put me in such situation but again thanks to there timely service I cud reach the airport on time . phew.
the hotel is right next to Novotel , and half its price , great location , stay here but be careful about the safe .they got the signature from me that if I smoke inside the room I will pay heavy penalty . I never stayed below 5 star hotels so I guess this is not new .
