Breakfast not proper at this class of hotel
The gym, jacuzzi, steam, sauna rooms, amazing.
I myself live in Koh Samui and have been traveling a lot, to many places in Thailand and outside, staying in budget-top hotels. For my expereince of staying there for 4 nights with my 14 yr old son, this hotel has so much potiential but NEED to immidiately change the MANAGEMENT tem. 1. The main pool looks miserable, should put more sun beds and plants there. The 2nd pool is filthily abandoned. Some parts have come out without maintainance. 2.When I went to the gym, I asked for a towel. They told me to go back and get it from my room. What the!! my room was in another building LOL. They must have been mad. 3. The gym instructors should come to say hi and offer help if guest needed any instruction, or at least trying to greet and make them feel wecomed. In stead, he ignored and shouted for a conversation with one of his long-time members who used the machine next to me. I had to say "Sorry, why don't you guys sit down and talk properly? Other people no need to know your business. But the last guy was sweet. 2. When I wanted to raise concern/give suggestion, I was told to write down on a piece of paper so that they could pass to the manager. This was so unprofesstional/so traditional Thai. If stay in a good hotel, they would straight away fetch the manager and he/she would pleasantly sit down and take guest's advice subjectively. 3. When I stayed in Janpan, my son couldn't get into the room, he went to the reception desk to ask the staff to open the door for him, they gave him free breakfast couple to imply "Sorry we have caused you all the inconvenience" 4. In Doha, I wasn't happy with the food, the manager give us 25% discount of the meal. 5. This hotel gave me a plate of full seasoned fruits as a complementary which was nice but Thanks. I didn't expect anything but you guys should improve. 6.
