Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently mention poor cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, musty odors, dust, and even pests as recurring issues. However, the hotel’s location near public transport and markets is appreciated by many, making it convenient for travelers. Several guests praise the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, especially housekeeping and reception, though some note inconsistent service. Value for price is generally seen as fair, with affordable rates and included breakfast. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and a convenient location, cleanliness remains a significant concern.
