Sink and mirror in the bath room had a bit of stains. Also, some staffs were very unprofessional. The last time I stayed, everything was better than this time.

Pros (+) The staff was very helpful and courteous. I travel often, but they had the best Concierge of any Aloft I've ever stayed at.
Cons (-) Wish they had better food selections in the snack bar area near lobby.
Pros (+) 24 hour food court, location.
Cons (-) Our mini bar was lacking some items and we didn’t have soap on arrival.
Pros (+) The best part of this Aloft is the staff, really so nice and always helpful with a smile. Preksha is the leader of a great and professional team that includes, Judi, Dodo and Dream. I am sure to say a special thanks to Jeab who has done great work for me on my past events. Also, when I first started coming to the Aloft I never used the breakfast, now I get up early not to miss the wide range of go...
Cons (-) Everything was great, thanks everyone!!
