Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the comfort of the beds. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, old facilities, and pest problems. The hotel's location was considered convenient by some, especially for access to BITEC and nearby amenities, but others found it far from attractions or difficult to access. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying the variety and value, while others found it lacking. Overall, while service and bed comfort stood out positively, cleanliness and maintenance were major concerns.
