Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's strategic city center location, making it convenient for exploring attractions and shopping. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poor bathroom maintenance. Noise from the street and insufficient soundproofing were common complaints, affecting sleep quality. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as helpful and friendly, while others noted delays and lack of responsiveness. Value for money was questioned by several guests, who felt the quality did not match the price. Overall, the location is a clear highlight, but improvements in cleanliness and noise control are needed.
