Summary of reviews
Guests say
Many guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty floors, unpleasant odors, and even pest issues. The breakfast was a common disappointment, with most reviews mentioning a lack of variety or misleading advertising about what was included. However, the staff, particularly at the front desk, received praise for being friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was also highlighted as convenient by several guests. Some guests noted issues with the gym equipment, with only one treadmill working. Overall, while the service and location were positives, cleanliness and breakfast quality were major concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews
