Pros (+) Beds were comfortable and rooms were very accessible.
Cons (-) Air conditioners should be regular checked and maintained given how hot Bakersfield gets in the summer. After loading in all of our luggage the temperature in the room kept rising. Eventually it got near 80 degrees and we asked to move rooms. The last thing we wanted to do was load up all of our bags again while tired and sweaty. Cons (-) There is no elevator. You have to haul all bags up stairs which is such a pain while traveling.

Pros (+) The bed is comfortable. The pillows are great. Bathroom is verry clean!! The staff on night shift was really nice and accommodating.

Cons (-) I have tried for 3 weeks to get item left behind returned. After 5 phone calls and numerous promises I have still been unsuccessful. The facilities may be nice, but this is what will be remembered.

Cons (-) Couldn't turn fan off in bath, noisy refrigerator, Rooms are worn,stained carpet, smelled very chemical, trying to eliminate old odors. Pool not heated.
