Overview

Overlooking the park in the spa town of Bad Mergentheim, the Best Western Premier Parkhotel Bad Mergentheim, is an elegant hotel with rooms and suites facing the park, free Wi-Fi, many with a balcony or loggia, free parking, a park restaurant of international cuisine, an indoor pool, a sauna and a beauty salon, and eleven conference rooms. The spa park and gardens lie right outside, with the old town and the Tauber valley within easy reach. The Romantic Road runs right through the region. Bad Mergentheim is a graceful spa town on Germany's Romantic Road, set in the gentle Tauber valley of northern Wurttemberg. A grand castle of the Teutonic Knights anchors the old town, healing springs and a landscaped spa park draw visitors to take the waters, and vineyards and old towns line the winding Tauber nearby. Rothenburg and the road's storybook towns lie a short drive north.
