Sourrounded by a magnificant Alpine landscape, the Wellnesshotel Waldruh awaits you! The hotel is quietly located on the mountain right by the hiking trail to Hörnle. The Wellnesshotel Waldruh offers a 230 m² wellness area with 2 saunas, steam bath and a small whirlpool. Guests can also enjoy a wide range of massage treatments. Rooms at Wellnesshotel Waldruh are decorated in a cottage style and include satellite TV, free WiFi, bathrobe and sauna towel. Some rooms have a balcony offering panoramic alpine views. Additonally all apartements have a small kitchenette. Families are very welcome in our large double rooms with 2 separate bedrooms. When you book a room, a rich breakfast buffet with regional products is included. If you are accommodated in an apartment, you can book the breakfast buffet additionally or use the bread roll service. Outside of breakfast hours, our coffee machine on the ground floor is available for a fee, offering selected coffee, cocoa, or tea specialties. Our "Bar of Trust" with a wide selection of drinks and some snacks is also available at any time. Within a 10-minute walk, you will reach the Guggenberg Alm, which offers a wide selection of Bavarian, regional, vegetarian, and seasonal dishes. By car, several restaurants can also be reached in 3-5 minutes. Feel free to ask us for more tips! Several hiking trails and cross-country ski runs start directly from the hotel. The surrounding Ammergauer Alps are ideal for hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking, and skiing. The parking spaces at the Wellness Hotel Waldruh are available for free. Further guests can leave their bikes in our bike garage, e-bike charging is available and for free. It is a 15 minute drive to Murnau am Staffelsee, 20 minute drive from Ettal Abbey, 30 minute drive to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and 45 minute drive to Neuschwanstein Castle. Please understand that dogs are not allowed in our house.
