Pros: I liked the food and the price of my tivket
Cons: Always delay. Lack of ability to speak english. Treating customer differently. 3/4 of my flights had delays. Unconfortable leather seats. 1-800 and IVR has issues and ppl behind the phone dont speak english. Thr rep. In moscow couldnt peint my destination itenary. Just unorganize. Cons: we were flying from Baku to NYC with 8 month old baby and they refused to provide us with the front row sits that are normally designed for the passengers flying with the baby. Even though nobody claimed those sits, flight attendants asked us to upgrade for 30 USD. Worst experience ever.

Pros: Aside from the review below, the rest of the crew members were plesant and helpful, and the aircraft comfortable.
Cons: There was a family with 11 children on my flight. For some reason they didn't all have seats together, and as there was an entire empty row (in the same economy class as their original seats) the mom of the family took the liberty of sitting in it with her and her small children. The crew was extremely rude about this and demanded they move, even as the mother was almost in tears explaining how her 3 year old and 5 year old cannot sit alone. Pros: The comfort in business class is wonderful, plenty of room, pretty good food, and an overall pleasant experience.

Pros: I did not like the serivice provided inboard at all no one is smiling and they just want to finish their job and go home
Cons: I trave 3 times within 3 months and I could not do my memebership either in the airport or online every time I ask in the staff in the to revolve the problem but I do not get the halo I need it now I lost 3 trips with out airmilles record or benift.
