Pros (+) Location was great. We were traveling with my 7 month old and they provided us with a crib. Traveling is never easy with a little one but they made it a little bit easier. They also kept our bags when we arrived and before we left.

Cons (-) Located next to loading dock at the local grocery store, the banging and crashing from trash pick up and delivery trucks starts at 5 AM!

Pros (+) The customer service was great, loved how it had a bunch of shops connected to it, made it very convenient and the room was beautiful. Most importantly the bed was clean and very soft!
Cons (-) The jacuzzi is very small can only fit two people at a time... But not a deal breaker at all.
