Pros (+) The bed was really comfortable, room was quiet and modern. Really happy with the convenience of the location.
Cons (-) The shower was a bad design. It had a metal drain cover that was loud when the water hit it, and a separate "window" shade was required for privacy when using it.

Pros (+) Check-in process was great, Platinum breakfast benefit was recognised, free upgraded to Executive room, drink vouchers can be used on delicious mocktails in the bar, free bottled water in the room.
Cons (-) No in-room welcome amenity - I rang and asked for this, and was told that it would get brought up, but it never did. Also got told at breakfast in the morning that we would have the breakfast rate charged to our room - and I had to remind them that this was complimentary as a Platinum member.
