This is a very old hotel with very small rooms but marketed as a luxury hotel. I would not stay there again
Very nice breakfast. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Good value for money compared to similar Auckland hotels although the room (standard room) was very small.
Nice hotel but not 5 star by European standards.
Great location within the city quality hotel would use again
Very noisy on Saturday night until 03.45 am Sunday morning didnt get much sleep
Location and reasonably good value.
Noise, was on low floor facing city and noise was disruptive at night when trying to sleep.
Location was good.
The aircon in our room kept turning off every couple of hours so we all work hot 3 times in the night roasting hot The place had a strange smell on the 6th floor where we were staying The room was loud could hear a lot of street noise
