Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and good value for money, with several mentioning friendly and helpful staff. However, there are repeated concerns about cleanliness, inconsistent service, and occasional noise disturbances. Some guests experienced issues with room allocation, maintenance, and communication about deposits or fees. While amenities like the spa and pool are appreciated, there are suggestions for improvement in staff responsiveness and facility upkeep. Overall, the hotel is seen as a convenient and affordable option, but with room for improvement, especially in service and cleanliness.
