Cons (-) Horrible staff (room service). Paid $280 to have a special room service breakfast for a proposal and it was delivered with 0 taste or care. Ruined our special moment.

Pros (+) Very clean room, efficient helpful staff. Lovely amenities. Beautifully designed. It’s still getting up to speed after reopening in June. My room was quiet and spacious with a nice ocean view. Self parking was well lit and convenient to the lobby and front desk.
Cons (-) I wish they had a more general buffet, although the Italian market may be close. Bottled water in the room would be nice too.
