Pros (+) Availability, location, and cheap. Certain improvements seemed recent and looked nice, they need to keep going.
Cons (-) No hot water in shower. Old large sliding door that didn't block noise right next to airport. Water stains on roof.

Pros (+) The room was updated and was mostly clean.
Cons (-) The lobby was in shambles and there was debris piled up. The guy at the front desk was very unprofessional and very slow. It seemed as though people live in the hotel. The whole place smelled like marijuana smoke, including the bathroom in our room. There was a lot of profanity being thrown around the entire property, so I would not suggest having your children there.
