Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and friendly, helpful staff. However, many reviews noted issues with cleanliness, such as insect problems, mold, and worn furniture. Breakfast was a frequent point of dissatisfaction due to extra charges and lackluster quality. Several guests also felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing additional fees and outdated facilities. Despite these negatives, some guests found the rooms comfortable and the environment peaceful.
