Comfort Suites Atlanta Airport

The staff was very nice. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked.

The sheets in my room did not look clean. There were ants in my room due to chocolate candy previously left on the carpet. Really this Comfort Suites was just not kept up to the standards that I am used to for Comfort Suites.

Beds was comfortable, refrigerator was cold and that's about it.

Televisions not working properly, irons damage in rooms and no irons to replace damage ones. Poor customer service and the equipment in the gym was not working. Marijuana smell on our floor.

Enjoyed seeing the planes go over

1) the pool was very cloudy and water in very poor, not usable condition 2) carpets very dirty 3) sheets soiled and stained 4) breakfast food ran out at 8 a.m. and server said she would not prepare any more eggs/breads and more had all been eaten earlier, also no forks or napkins 5) no tv remote and unable to watch tv, after several attempts to communicate with front desk and being told we would get a remote, 2 hours later they said they could only offer a room change but we had bathed and unpacked by then 6) our room was swarming with ants when we got up in the morning, going up the walls etc, reported it and were told they'd let the maid know. So overall uncomfortable evening, poor quality rooms and breakfast, unclean, no offer to help us in any way after letting them know of problems. These are just a few of the many issues at this location. We travel this area frequently and are so very disappointed and could get no resolve or help. They really need to make huge improvements here.

Light bulbs in my room were burnt out, fitness center was very hot with no way to control the temperature, the fitness center had 2 treadmills neither worked, nor did the TV in the fitness center and the water cooler was empty. Halls & lobby hot!
