Guests frequently complimented the hotel for its comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, and overall cleanliness. The location was also appreciated for its convenience, especially for those needing proximity to the airport or local activities. Some guests noted additional positives such as quiet rooms and amenities like free coffee and laundry. However, there were several negative remarks about room discrepancies, cleanliness issues in some bathrooms, lack of breakfast, and occasional maintenance problems such as faulty locks and noisy appliances.
